The Story Conference has been taking place in Chicago for six years now, but somehow we at Kindle only discovered it this year. And boy, are we glad we did!

Back in college I had the pleasure of getting my first work experience with Kindle. I came in for a day to help with our internal holiday charity event. Kindle had purchased gifts to provide needy families with a Merry Christmas…little did I know that the day of gift-wrapping was a taste of the world I would soon be joining!
Kindle is in the process of packing our bags, boxes and bulk candy and heading over to a new, roomier site just down the street, and we couldn’t be more excited about it.
Kindle has been McDonald’s trusted partner for nearly 20 years, but for this year’s Worldwide Convention (held April 28 to May 1, 2014) we collaborated with the world's largest restaurant chain like never before.
Around Kindle, you’re known as our “digital team” – what does that mean, and how does the digital team integrate with projects?
If you visit the Kindle offices (and we hope you will!), you might overhear a few words or phrases that don’t make a whole lot of sense at first listen. And, that’s perfectly okay.
Every year the Kindle team does something for those in need during the holiday season. It’s a meaningful way to work together and pay all of our good fortune forward.
Complete with spiked cider, hot cocoa, s’mores and a guitar, it was a really fun way to wrap up the week.
